Modern factory facilities
We have the latest CNC machinery available at our factory at Ringe in Denmark to produce gaskets and seals. We work with many different materials and can produce anything from very small to large diameters.

Special Versions of O-Rings: Vulcanisation/Bonding and IR Welding
In addition to machined O-rings, we also supply custom-sized O-rings made from O-ring cord that is joined by means of vulcanisation or adhesive bonding.
Special cord is available in a wide range of materials, including NBR, FKM, EPDM, VMQ, and HNBR, with cord thicknesses ranging from 2.62 mm to 60.00 mm and internal diameters of 200.00 mm and larger.
Vulcanised and bonded custom O-rings feature almost the same properties as standard O-rings. However, tolerances are larger, there is often a slight difference in colour and hardness at the joint, and the strength may be lower. Consequently, we recommend that bonded or vulcanised O-rings be used for static applications only.
Recently, we have also introduced welding of O-rings made from thermoplastic elastomers or polyurethane, using infrared (IR) heating. We also weld special profiles; however, this requires production of a moulding tool.
As these O-rings are made to order, please note that the delivery time will typically be 4–10 days.
