A tolerant workplace
Our new headquarters at Ringe on the Danish island of Funen has production, warehouse and office facilities. While many of our employees have professional qualifications, it is true to say that our employees have very varied backgrounds. We have employees of all ages. The average age is about 45-50.
We are a tolerant workplace. It is pleasing to note that, over the years, we have helped a good many people return to the labour market. We believe that everyone should be given a chance.
We appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to juggle between work and the demands of a busy family. We seek to help our employees maintain a healthy life-work balance so that their work and home life work well for them.
