CH706 is a two piece acting wiper which consists of one special designed thermoplastic ring and an o-ring as energizing element. CH706 ensures that foreign particles do not penetrate into the hydraulic systems, avoiding wear and damage to all internal components including seals.

INSTALLATION
Easy installation into closed grooves, we recommend using special assembly tool. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges.
NOTES
CH706 wiper should be used in combination of suitable rod seals (able to evacuate back pressure, ex. CH35) to avoid hydrodynamic pressure or pressure relieving bore between seal and wiper should be constructed to prevent build up pressures. Energizer ring of CH706 wiper can be produced on request in FKM for special applications that require high temperatures.
