CH56 is a two piece single-acting pneumatic rod seal which consists of one nitrile rubber sealing element and one polyester elastomer scraper profile ring.

APPLICATION
Pneumatic cylinders.
INSTALLATION
Can be assembled into a closed groove with strong hand force. CH56 does not need an additional element such as a circlip for axial fitting within the housing. We recommend using special assembly tools. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the rod seal must be oiled with system oil.
NOTES
For special applications that require high temperatures, CH56 can be produced in combination of FKM and PTFE material.
