Carsten Holms CH PT8 is a braided packing manufactured from PTFE filaments added with running-in lubricant. 100% GORE® Fibre. An excellent choice for plant wide use especially when a clean, no contaminating packing is required. High structural strength and cross-section. The application of the lubricant improves thermal expansion, which acts as a heat sink. Resistant to all media (pH 0 - 14), except for molten or dissolved alkali metals and elemental fluorine particularly at high temperatures and pressures.
