PAN Fibre Packing – Type: CH PA2

Carsten Holms CH PA2 is braided from pure Poly Acrylic Nitril (P.A.N.) fibres which are basis of the outstanding capabilities and performance of our PAN Fibre Packings.  To maximize the performance of this remarkable synthetic fibre, CH PA2 is thoroughly impregnated, yarn by yarn with heavy PTFE dispersion and further treated with special lubricants. Specially designed to replace traditional packings, giving enhanced performance without the shaft wear problems or the elevated costs of other synthetic fibres.

APPLICATION
Wide variety of process plant including pumps, valves, mixers, reactor vessels and reciprocating applications. Against general chemicals, solvents, oils, water and steam. A wide ranging packing, for use in arduous process applications, especially where alternative packings contaminate, cause excessive wear or require frequent maintenance and replacement. Does not contaminate nor stain, making it particularly suitable for use in the food, water and paper industries. 

Never use the product when maximum temperature and pressure are combined.
