Carsten Holms CH KU1 is a braided packing manufactured from high quality carbon fibre yarn with PTFE and graphite lubricant. Graphite based lubricant addition provides the sealing effect, producing a dense no porous structure. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals with exception of powerful oxidizers. The carbon filament with high thermal conductivity, allows efficient heat dispersion at the stuffing box, increasing efficiency.
