CH505 is a three piece double acting compact seal which consists of one fabric reinforced elastomeric sealing element and two thermoplastic guide back-up rings.

INSTALLATION
CH505 profile has been designed to be installed in closed or open grooves. Open groove piston design should be used with CH505 design. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.
